Job Description

The HR Officer plays a crucial role in managing human resources functions within an organization. As an HR Officer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and coordinating policies and programs covering several of the following: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation, employee relations, benefits, training, and development. You will be required to interpret company policies and provide advice on employment legislation across the organization. You will work closely with departments and leadership to ensure a cohesive and motivated workforce. In this role, you will address employee concerns, contribute to shaping corporate culture, and ensure all HR functionalities align with the organization's strategic goals. Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews alongside hiring managers efficiently.
  • Facilitate onboarding processes for new employees to ensure seamless integration.
  • Advise management on applicable employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Manage employee relations issues, addressing complaints and resolving conflicts.
  • Participate in performance management and compensation review cycles.
  • Oversee compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with leadership to shape and promote company culture.
  • Support the implementation of company strategies and HR-centric initiatives.
  • Prepare and analyze HR reports and metrics for management review.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar HR role is required.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and human resources best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
