Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a proactive Junior HR Officer to provide essential administrative and operational support to our Human Resources function. You will assist with recruitment, onboarding, and day-to-day HR operations, ensuring our team remains organized and compliant with internal policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding Support the hiring process by posting vacancies, scheduling interviews, and preparing contracts and personnel files for new hires.
  • Employee Records Maintain and update employee data, including attendance, leave balances, performance evaluations, and HR documentation.
  • Payroll & Support Assist the Finance & HR Manager with payroll preparation by providing accurate attendance records and responding to employee inquiries regarding benefits.
  • Compliance Ensure all HR activities adhere to company policies and labor laws while handling sensitive information with strict confidentiality.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education: Freshly graduated in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (0 2 years of experience).

Tech Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook).

Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Attributes: A professional attitude with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently.
