Roles & Responsibilities


  • Its a HR generalist role including handling recruitment, onboarding process.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and mediation processes to maintain a harmonious workplace environment.
  • Stay updated on HR best practices and legal regulations to ensure all HR functions comply with current standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, providing a solid foundation for HR practices.
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant HR experience in IT industry for Bahrain and Saudi Arabia Based companies
