Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Contribution to the deployment of the recruitment process.

Ensure the sourcing and pre-selection of candidates.

Organize and conduct the initial recruitment interviews.

Participate in the evaluation of candidates and the coordination of the stages of the recruitment process.

To ensure the administrative follow-up and reporting of recruitment.

2. Contribution to the deployment and monitoring of the training plan

Organize training activities (logistics, relations with organizations).

Ensure the monitoring of training in the HRIS and produce the associated reports.

3. Skills development and performance management

Participate in the implementation of skills development schemes.

Contribute to the design and implementation of training and development programs.

Ensure follow-up on actions resulting from performance evaluation campaigns.

4. Monitoring of OFPPT reimbursement files

Prepare and monitor reimbursement files related to training activities.

Ensure the administrative and regulatory compliance of files.

Ensure coordination with training organizations and relevant internal departments.

Ensure follow-up on reimbursements and supporting documents.

5. Participation in HR projects

Contribute to the deployment of cross-functional HR projects: HR digitalization, employer branding, quality of work life, etc.

Participate in the preparation of materials, coordination and monitoring of actions related to projects.

6. Organization of HR events

Participate in the organization of internal HR events.

Coordinate logistics and service providers.

Contribute to the implementation of events at the Casablanca and Rabat sites.

Desired Candidate Profile

Supporting managers in formalizing recruitment needs (DAR, job descriptions, desired profiles).

Participate in the drafting and distribution of job offers.

Participate in identifying training needs in conjunction with managers and the results of annual reviews.
