Roles & Responsibilities

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Operation Executive to join our team in Ain Sokhna. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all HR operations within the company, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and development within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making job offers
  • Develop and implement effective onboarding processes for new hires
  • Handle all employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases
  • Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees and managers
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR operations
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations
  • Handle any other HR-related tasks and projects as assigned by the HR Manager

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software systems
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
