Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Plan and manage manpower requirements in coordination with operational departments.
Lead end-to-end HR daily operation and ensure efficient service level
Ensure full compliance with labor law, company policies, and internal procedures.
Review and analyze all HR operational reports
Desired Candidate Profile
7 10 years of total HR experience
Minimum 3 5 years in a managerial or senior operational HR role
Industrial / Factory experience is mandatory
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
Strong hands-on experience in Recruitment & Personnel Affairs.
Proven leadership and problem solving
Talented in reporting and data analytics
