Job Title: HR Operations Specialist (Outsourcing)
Location: Saudi Arabia
Nationality Preference: Saudi Nationals


Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Specialist with proven experience in HR operations within the outsourcing industry. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing day-to-day HR operational activities, ensuring smooth employee lifecycle management, and supporting outsourced workforce operations in compliance with company policies and local labor regulations. Priority will be given to Saudi nationals with relevant experience in HR operations and outsourcing environments.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end HR operational processes including onboarding, offboarding, employee records, and contract management.

  • Support and manage outsourced employees’ operations, ensuring smooth coordination between clients, employees, and internal teams.

  • Ensure compliance with Saudi labor law, company policies, and client contractual agreements.

  • Handle employee documentation, HR databases, and maintain accurate HR records.

  • Coordinate onboarding processes including documentation, system access, and employee orientation.

  • Act as a point of contact for outsourced employees regarding HR-related inquiries and support.

  • Monitor employee attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.

  • Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure smooth handover and onboarding of new hires.

  • Support HR reporting, audits, and operational improvements.

  • Assist in resolving HR operational issues and ensuring high levels of employee and client satisfaction.


Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Requirements:


  • Saudi National (preferred).

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 3–5+ years of experience in HR Operations, preferably within the outsourcing or manpower services industry.

  • Strong understanding of HR operational processes and workforce management.

  • Familiarity with Saudi labor law and HR compliance requirements.

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office tools.

  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience managing outsourced or large workforce operations.

  • Experience working with government platforms such as Qiwa, GOSI, and Muqeem.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate between internal teams and external clients.
