Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage daily HR operations across BH, SA, UAE, QA, and KW.

  • Ensure compliance with regional labor laws, especially Saudi Arabia and Bahrain.
  • Handle GOSI (BH + KSA), LMRA, visas, work permits, contracts, and government portals.
  • Manage health insurance enrollment, renewals, and claims.
  • Support payroll with accurate data and documentation.
  • Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and employee records.
  • Coordinate Tamkeen processes when applicable.
  • Act as the main HR point of contact for all regions and support future HR hires.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in HR or related field.

  • 3 5 years HR Operations experience.
  • Familiarity with Saudi labor laws
  • Experience with GCC multi-country HR, GOSI, LMRA, visas, and health insurance.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
