Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the administrative tasks of the Human Resources department.
- Manage the updating of personnel files, ensuring respect for confidentiality and legal compliance.
- Participate in the development and implementation of human resources policies and procedures.
- Supervise the smooth monthly operation of payroll processes
- To monitor the processes of selecting and integrating new employees.
- Implement performance evaluation methods and promote professional development plans.
- To act as an intermediary between management and employees, handling requests and concerns related to human resources.

- To provide support and advice on employment law and labor relations.
- Prepare and manage the budget for the Human Resources department.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Higher education in Human Resources, business management or a related field.
- Significant experience in administrative management of Human Resources.
- Excellent knowledge of labor law and social legislation.
- My SAGE 100 payroll software
- Advanced communication skills, both written and oral.
- Ability to work in a team and manage a department.
- Mastery of computer tools and Human Resources management software.
- Skills in conflict resolution and working under pressure.
