Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the personnel function, ensuring compliance with Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance regulations.
- Oversee employee files, contracts, and documentation to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Monitor attendance, leaves, overtime, and probationary periods while ensuring proper documentation.
- Handle social insurance processes including new hires, terminations, and employee status updates.
- Manage governmental relations (Labor Office, Social Insurance, Medical Insurance, etc.).
- Support audits and internal reviews with complete and organized HR documentation.
- Collaborate with HR management to ensure smooth operations of personnel-related activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 5+ years of solid experience in HR personnel.
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance regulations.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- V. Good in English language.
