Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for various roles across the organization.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Schedule interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate records in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
- Assist in developing and posting job descriptions.
- Support employer branding and talent acquisition strategies.
- Provide regular recruitment updates and reports to the HR team.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or HR Coordinator.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing techniques.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and organization.
