Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to agricultural roles (field workers, farm supervisors, agronomists, quality specialists, supply chain roles, etc.).

  • Prepare and post job advertisements on suitable platforms.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
  • Conduct initial HR interviews (phone, online or in-person).
  • Coordinate technical interviews with department managers.
  • Maintain an updated candidate database.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Ensure recruitment activities comply with local Labor Law and company policies.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly recruitment reports.
  • Maintain recruitment metrics: time-to-fill, sourcing channels, turnover analysis.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources

Minimum of 3 years of experience working in agricultural crop companies is required.

3 5 years experience in recruitment, preferably in agriculture.

Experience hiring field labor, seasonal workers, and technical agricultural roles is a strong advantage.

Strong communication and interviewing skills.

Familiarity with agriculture job profiles and technical terms.

Ability to work under pressure during peak seasons.

Ability to travel to farms, packing stations, or recruitment sites when needed.
