Roles & Responsibilities

If you understand HR processes, have strong communication and negotiation skills, and want bigger career growth, LoginHR System could be your next step.

Identify and qualify potential clients across target industries

  • Research prospects' HR challenges, organizational structure, and decision-makers before engagement?
  • Conduct discovery meetings to assess clients' HR processes, pain points, and operational gaps
  • Translate business challenges into tailored HR software solutions?
  • Map client requirements to product features (Payroll, Attendance, Recruitment, Performance, Self-Service, etc.).?
  • Deliver tailored product demos aligned with each client's industry, size, and use cases?

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

Solid understanding of HR functions (Payroll, Personnel, Egyptian Labor Law, Social Insurance, Tax)

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.

Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings
