Develop, review, and implement HR policies, procedures, and internal regulations.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal governance frameworks.
Establish clear HR processes and documentation standards.
Align HR practices with ISO / API standards and support audit requirements.

Performance Management
Design, implement, and monitor performance management systems.
Support managers in performance evaluations and corrective action plans.
Link performance outcomes to rewards, development, and accountability.

Talent Management & Employee Relations
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent development initiatives.
Manage employee relations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Promote a professional, ethical, and performance-driven culture.

HR Systems & Reporting
Support HR systems implementation and process automation.
Ensure data accuracy, reporting, and HR analytics to support decision-making.
