Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and implement Oracle Fusion HCM (Core HR, Talent, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits)
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, secure solutions
  • Lead integrations (HDL, HCM Extracts, REST/SOAP APIs) and data migration
  • Define security, reporting (OTBI, BI Publisher), and governance standards
  • Provide technical leadership across implementation lifecycle

Requirements:

  • 8+ years in Oracle HCM, with strong Fusion experience
  • Proven solution architecture experience in enterprise HR transformations
  • Strong knowledge of global HR processes and integrations
  • Excellent stakeholder and communication skills
