Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and implement Oracle Fusion HCM (Core HR, Talent, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits)
- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure solutions
- Lead integrations (HDL, HCM Extracts, REST/SOAP APIs) and data migration
- Define security, reporting (OTBI, BI Publisher), and governance standards
- Provide technical leadership across implementation lifecycle
Requirements:
- 8+ years in Oracle HCM, with strong Fusion experience
- Proven solution architecture experience in enterprise HR transformations
- Strong knowledge of global HR processes and integrations
- Excellent stakeholder and communication skills
