Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires, including scheduling interviews and preparing documentation.
  • Coordinate and communicate HR policies, procedures, and company updates to staff.
  • Help prepare HR reports for management review.
  • Ensure confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive employee information

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.(From GUC, AUC, MIU, MTI, AAST Etc
  • Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant HR experience.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to work independently in a home-based (remote) environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced consultancy setting.
