Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires, including scheduling interviews and preparing documentation.
- Coordinate and communicate HR policies, procedures, and company updates to staff.
- Help prepare HR reports for management review.
- Ensure confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive employee information
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.(From GUC, AUC, MIU, MTI, AAST Etc
- Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant HR experience.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to work independently in a home-based (remote) environment.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced consultancy setting.
