Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Administer and coordinate various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Support the full-cycle recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Maintain and update employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Coordinate employee orientation, training, and development programs.
Provide guidance to employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Support performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions.
Assist in resolving employee issues and conflicts in a professional and confidential manner.
Prepare HR reports and analyze data to support decision-making.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a human resources role.
Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and accuracy in all HR-related tasks.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
