Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing & Recruitment
- Manage the end-to-end sourcing process for both internal roles and external client project staffing.
- Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for technical and operational roles (developers, designers, PMs, DevOps, etc.).
- Source candidates through multiple channels: LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and specialized sourcing platforms.
- Screen, interview, and shortlist qualified candidates in collaboration with hiring managers.
- Maintain an updated talent database aligned with project needs and future opportunities
br> Vendor & Partner Coordination
- Identify and onboard external recruitment vendors and staffing partners.
- Maintain strong relationships with sourcing vendors and track performance metrics.
- Coordinate with third-party partners for outsourced placements, ensuring compliance and quality standards.
Internal Coordination & Support
- Collaborate with the Commercial Manager to forecast hiring requirements based on upcoming projects and proposals.
- Work with Project Managers and Delivery Leads to ensure timely staffing for ongoing and new client projects.
- Support internal teams with on-boarding, contracting, and HR documentation for new hires and outsourced staff.
- Assist the leadership in maintaining headcount reports, resource utilization, and capacity planning insights.
- Contribute to HR process development, including role descriptions, recruitment policies, and performance tracking mechanisms.
br> Reporting & Process Improvement
- Track and report key hiring metrics (time-to-hire, sourcing channel performance, pipeline status).
- Recommend process improvements for more efficient sourcing and onboarding.
- Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and sourcing best practices in the tech and outsourcing space.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3 5 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or talent sourcing preferably in IT or software companies.
- Proven experience sourcing and hiring for technical roles (developers, engineers, PMs, designers).
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS tools, and sourcing automation platforms.
- Experience managing recruitment vendors or outsourcing partners is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
