Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The HR Specialist is responsible for managing the full spectrum of HR functions within the
factory, including recruitment of both blue-collar and white-collar employees, payroll
management, personnel affairs, leave management, coordination with the labor office and
insurance providers, learning and development, organizational behavior, and overseeing the full
employee lifecycle from hire to retire
Responsibilities:
Manage the full employee cycle from hire to retire.
Recruit and onboard engineers and blue-collar staff.
Handle all personnel-related matters.
Manage employee leave requests and records.
Coordinate with the labor office and manage insurance issues.
Arrange and schedule interviews and manage the hiring cycle.
Oversee learning and development initiatives and skill development for employees.
Handle aspects of organizational behavior and provide performance feedback
