Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Administer and coordinate day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures in alignment with company values and legal requirements.
  • Manage employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of all HR documentation.
  • Assist in the development and execution of talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Facilitate new hire orientation and training programs to promote a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR-related inquiries and conflict resolution.
  • Coordinate performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies across all HR activities.
  • Support payroll administration and benefits management in collaboration with finance and external vendors.
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and organizational culture.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a human resources role, preferably in a fast-paced or agricultural environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Good command of English language skills
  • ERP systems familiarization
  • Preferably a resident of 6th of October or nearby areas
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in an organized manner.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Experience supporting full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes.
