Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The HR Specialist supports the Human Resources department in delivering efficient HR services within a hospital environment. The role focuses on HR administration, recruitment support, employee records, and daily HR operations while ensuring compliance with Lebanese labor law and hospital policies.
* Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain and update employee files (medical, administrative, and confidential records).
2. Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, confirmations, warnings, and letters
3. Track employee attendance, leaves, sick days, and vacations.
4. Support payroll preparation by providing accurate HR data.
5. Prepare on-boarding documents and support new employee orientation.
6. Ensure completion of hiring requirements (documents, medical tests, licenses).
7. Ensure HR practices comply with Lebanese Labor Law and hospital regulations.
8. Coordinate internal training sessions and maintain attendance records.
9. Assist in performance appraisal documentation.
* Qualifications:
1. Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
* Experience:
2 5 years of experience in HR (experience in healthcare is a plus).
* Skills & Competencies:
1. Good knowledge of Lebanese Labor Law.
2. Strong organizational and administrative skills.
3. High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
4. Good communication skills in Arabic and English.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment.
6. Experience with HR software or payroll systems.
