Job Overview
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and coordinate daily HR operations to ensure efficient execution of HR processes and compliance with company and fintech regulatory requirements.
• Support the recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, reference checks, and onboarding new employees.
• Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection standards.
• Conduct new employee orientations and assist with employee onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration into the organization.
• Handle employee relations matter such as grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures in line with HR policies.
• Support performance management processes by coordinating evaluations, ensuring timely completion, and following up on development plans.
• Assist in planning and implementing employee training and development initiatives, including compliance training required in the fintech sector.
• Prepare HR-related reports and metrics for management review, such as recruitment status, attrition, and employee engagement insights.
• Conduct exit interviews, analyze turnover data, and recommend retention strategies.
• Ensure HR practices are aligned with fintech regulatory requirements, including labor laws, compliance, and ethical standards.
• Promote effective communication between employees and management, ensuring a positive and transparent workplace culture
Requirements & Skills
• Bachelor s degree IN Business Administration, Information technology or Diploma in Human Resources.
• 3 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in fintech, banking, or technology-driven industries.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, employee relations, recruitment, and performance management.
• Familiarity with labor laws and compliance standards applicable to the fintech/financial services sector.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite; exposure to digital HR tools is an advantage.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to build trust and credibility across all levels.
• High ethical standards, integrity, and discretion when handling sensitive information.
