Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1. GENERAL AND TASK MANAGEMENT

  • Overseeing the HR systems & coaching subordinates to handling any employee issues/concerns relating to the HRIS system.
  • Answer employee s queries about HR-related issues.
  • Create the record of the department's KPI, Performance Appraisals, employee assessment etc. to generate the final reports.Ensure processing employees requests on time.
  • Investigates Internal Complaints and disciplinary actions.
  • Represent Karwa Motors in MOL labor cases.
  • To provide high-quality professional training courses and materials.
  • To maintain effective communication with Company to establish training needs to evaluate the effectiveness of training and modify materials as appropriate.
  • To develop and maintain training material to the highest standards for internal and external courses.
  • To provide advice, assistance, and information for further development
  • To ensure that all members of staff, new and existing, within the department and external to, are trained on the application to an appropriate level.
  • Where appropriate, to accompany members of staff on-site to evaluate training courses to facilitate progress monitoring.
  • Delivering & overseeing the training of individuals of employees.
  • Compiling & presenting information on training.
  • Supervising & monitoring progress made for training programs and designing & assessing training programmers
  • Ensuring employees receive statutorily required training.
  • Liaising with managers and interviewing employees at all levels to identify and assess training and development needs.
  • supervising and monitoring progress made via training programs or schemes.
  • Handling the performance management system with the support of HR officers and other departments.
  • Provide receiving inductions to the new employees.
  • Desired Candidate Profile

    Qualifications and Experience Levels:

    • Minimum of bachelor s degree in human resource management or any related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years experience as a Training Officer.
    • Omani National only.
    • Additional certifications are a plus for the candidates.
