Roles & Responsibilities
Design and implement OD and change management initiatives
- Develop and maintain the performance management frameworks (KPIs, goals, feedback cycles)
- Create, review, and update job description to ensure alignment with roles, competencies and business needs
- Partner with leaders to align team objectives with business strategy and track results
- Support employee engagement and culture-building initiates
- Analyze HR & performance data and turn insights into actionable improvements
- Contribute to leadership development and succession planning programs.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-10 years of experience in Organizational Development, Performance Management and Job Description Design
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work in KPIs, metrics and role structures
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration or related field
