Roles & Responsibilities

Design and implement OD and change management initiatives

  • Develop and maintain the performance management frameworks (KPIs, goals, feedback cycles)
  • Create, review, and update job description to ensure alignment with roles, competencies and business needs
  • Partner with leaders to align team objectives with business strategy and track results
  • Support employee engagement and culture-building initiates
  • Analyze HR & performance data and turn insights into actionable improvements
  • Contribute to leadership development and succession planning programs.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5-10 years of experience in Organizational Development, Performance Management and Job Description Design
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work in KPIs, metrics and role structures
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration or related field
