Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards and areas for improvement in workplace safety.
• Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies and procedures that comply with local regulations and industry best practices.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all HSE-related inquiries, providing expert guidance to employees and management.
• Facilitate and lead safety training sessions, ensuring that all staff are equipped with the knowledge to maintain a safe work environment.
• Monitor compliance with HSE regulations and standards, preparing detailed reports to track progress and highlight areas needing attention.
• Investigate incidents and accidents, documenting findings and recommending strategies to prevent future occurrences.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate HSE considerations into all phases of project planning and execution.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and technologies related to health, safety, and environmental practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Higher Diploma or Bachelor’s degree

2. 2 Years of experience in the Oil & Gas field
