Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Execute HSE plans (QSI, RHSEI, HSEGA, LPCR)
  • Perform Daily Hazard Hunts and daily checks to verify compliance to Weatherford s ISP OEPS and Saudi Aramco requirements.
  • Implement Weatherford and Aramco HSE standards.
  • Ensure training compliance per Aramco s matrix.
  • Report KPIs and maintain documentation.
  • Conduct audits, inspections, and investigations.
  • Lead safety meetings, risk assessments, and emergency response planning.
  • Promote Weatherford LSR and SWC.
  • Ensure rig site safety, permit management, and stakeholder communication.

Skills

  • Strong communication, teamwork, and presentation skills.
  • Deep understanding of Aramco HSE requirements and KSA regulations.
  • Experience in incident management, audits, and matrix organizations.
  • Ability to work independently or across functions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in any or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of field experience in oil & gas, preferably drilling.
  • NEBOSH certifications preferred.
  • Onshore Rig Experience.

Job Overview

The HSE Advisor will be responsible for the day-to-day monitoring and implementation of all HSE programs and initiatives at the Field Operational level for the LSTK Integrated Project ( Rig Not Rigless ). This role covers Project Management, drilling contractors, Weatherford product lines, and all third-party service providers, logistics providers, catering companies, and stakeholders.
