Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations, enabling proactive risk management.
- Develop and implement effective safety training programs tailored to specific job functions to enhance employee awareness and skills.
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) considerations into planning and execution phases.
- Monitor incident reporting and investigation processes to identify root causes and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Desired Candidate Profile
Any Bachelor's degree or a related field degree is essential for a strong foundational knowledge.
NEBOSH IGC certifications is mandatory
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in HSE roles within construction, oil & gas, or manufacturing sectors is preferred.
Experience in conducting risk assessments and implementing safety protocols to mitigate workplace hazards is crucial.
Candidate shall be immediately available to join.
Preferred available in OMAN and have OQ project experience.
