Ensure compliance with PDO HSE specifications, obligations, associated Occupational Health and Safety Act, Regulations and Codes of Practice as per project scope. Conduct HSE audit to verify compliance SP 1230,1231,1232, SP 1170, PR 2109. Ensure that all HSE events / incidents / accidents / dangerous occurrences are reported, investigated, closed out and track the PIM actions close out. Ensure all project equipment is suitable and fit for purpose and records available. Ensure all relevant and required reports, assessments and registers are completed and accurate records kept Support the development and ongoing management of the Risk Register Compile contract monthly HSE statistics report, including weekly HSE meeting/reports, data analysis trend PPTs and coordinate all HSE meetings, prepare MOMs for records and submit to Contract HSE Manager Verifying the compliance of HSE monitoring plan and collect the evidence for review. Attend site key meetings, workshops or trainings on behalf of HSEM when necessary. Coordinating and arranging FLS requirements. Monitor and review the HSE & IVMS KPIs records. Monthly IH activities reporting to PDO counterpart MCOH1 Industrial hygienist on actions such as HRA Action review, IH Monitoring results review, PPEs upgradation reviews, IH KPIs and IH plan reviewed. Review and update Health Risk assessment & its remedial action plan and discuss with HSE Manager if required as per HSE Monitoring plan. Monitor and Meetings with CLs, PM and CM for Rapid OH Audit, TAC Audit close outs for all clusters. Camp audit including employee welfare facility verification as per SP 1232
