Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Ensuring compliance with oil and gas industry standards.
Proficiency in identifying hazards, evaluating risks, and implementing control measures.
Conducting inspections, safety audits, and documentation to ensure adherence to HSE standards and legal requirements.
Effectively conveying HSE policies and promoting culture of safety.
Leading safety initiatives and motivating personnel to follow best practices.
Promoting HSE culture in office and site and lead by example.
Support all departments to achieve their objectives safely.
Desired Candidate Profile
University degree in occupational health and industrial safety, Environmental science, Engineering or a related discipline.
Minimum 13 years of experience in health, safety, and environment within the oil and gas industry out of which 5 years at managerial level.
Strong HSE leadership and process safety knowledge.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate effectively across all levels.
