Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • TAQA Approval Must

  • Ensure strict implementation of TAQA-approved HSE policies, procedures, and permit-to-work systems for night shift operations in power sector projects.

  • Must have strong experience in power sector projects (generation, transmission, or plant operations) with proven site HSE exposure.

  • Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments in line with TAQA and client HSE standards.

  • Monitor contractor and subcontractor activities during night shifts to ensure compliance with safe working practices in power facilities.

  • Investigate incidents, near misses, and prepare detailed reports with root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.

  • Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and coordinate closely with project and client HSE teams to maintain zero-incident objectives in Abu Dhabi power projects.

Desired Candidate Profile

Engineering Degree with Valid Safety Certificates

Experience of 6+ years in Power Sector or Similar Projects

TAQA Approval Must

Should be OK to work on Night Shift
