Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
TAQA Approval Must
Ensure strict implementation of TAQA-approved HSE policies, procedures, and permit-to-work systems for night shift operations in power sector projects.
Must have strong experience in power sector projects (generation, transmission, or plant operations) with proven site HSE exposure.
Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments in line with TAQA and client HSE standards.
Monitor contractor and subcontractor activities during night shifts to ensure compliance with safe working practices in power facilities.
Investigate incidents, near misses, and prepare detailed reports with root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.
Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and coordinate closely with project and client HSE teams to maintain zero-incident objectives in Abu Dhabi power projects.
Desired Candidate Profile
Engineering Degree with Valid Safety Certificates
Experience of 6+ years in Power Sector or Similar Projects
TAQA Approval Must
Should be OK to work on Night Shift
