Roles & Responsibilities

Company and job description:
We are looking for an HSE Engineer – Automotive Sector to join our client specializing in the automotive industry. You will be responsible for leading, coordinating, and improving all actions related to safety, risk prevention, the environment, and regulatory compliance.

Main tasks:

Develop and implement the site's HSE policy.
Conduct risk analyses, internal audits and field inspections.
Monitor HSE indicators and propose appropriate action plans.
Conduct training and awareness sessions for staff.
Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain HSE monitoring.
Participate in continuous improvement: waste management, reduction of environmental impacts, machine safety.
Working closely with the production, maintenance and quality teams.
Profile :
Engineering degree or equivalent in HSE, QHSE, industrial safety or environment.
Experience in the automotive or industrial sector is a major asset.
Knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001 standards, and ICPE regulations.
Analytical skills, a practical understanding of the field, and a strong focus on prevention.
Excellent communication skills and ability to bring people together.
