Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough site inspections of high-rise and villa projects to identify and mitigate potential hazards, ensuring compliance with HSE regulations and project-specific requirements.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive HSE plans, procedures, and programs tailored to the unique challenges of high-rise and villa construction sites, including fall protection and confined space entry protocols.
  • Lead and coordinate regular safety training sessions and toolbox talks for construction workers, emphasizing hazard awareness, safe work practices, and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Investigate and analyze incidents, near misses, and safety violations, determining root causes and recommending corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field, providing a strong foundation in safety principles.
  • Holds relevant certifications such as NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent, demonstrating a commitment to professional development and industry standards.
  • Exhibits a minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE roles, with a proven track record in high-rise or villa construction projects.
  • Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of local HSE regulations and building codes, ensuring compliance and adherence to legal requirements.
