Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Main tasks:
- Advise, assist and support Managers at the Division level in managing change using quality, health, safety and environment elements (concepts, tools and methods) to achieve the expected results in quality management.
Attributions (t ches et responsabilit s) :
- To take into account any risk that may compromise the achievement of the objectives assigned to it and to implement appropriate actions in the face of risks and opportunities that have an impact on compliance with requirements and to evaluate the effectiveness of the actions taken.
- To provide the interface between the QHSE correspondents of the projects, the Division and the Integrated Management Unit (CMI) of the company (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual reporting).
- Verify the availability of quality documents and their application.
- Mastering documents and records at the division level.
- Explain the QHSE policy at the division level.
- Follow up on preventive and corrective actions.
- Participate in the identification and assessment of risks.
- Follow up on customer complaints and customer satisfaction surveys.
- Follow the decisions of management reviews.
- Prepare the management review.
- Ensure monthly monitoring of QHSE activity of projects (CHSE minutes, health, safety and work monitoring, accident reports and statistics, process indicators, emissions analyses...) and ensure consolidation.
- Monitor internal audits and liaise with external audits.
- Perform any mission or task related to his/her job and in line with his/her skills and abilities within the organized framework, and not expressly described in this job description.
- General education: University degree in environment or health and safety or quality management or equivalent.
- Professional training: Training in internal quality auditing. Understanding the standards governing the Integrated Management System (IMS).
- Professional experience: 2-3 years
- Availability: Immediate.
