Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • To take into account any risk that could compromise the achievement of assigned objectives and to implement appropriate actions in response to risks and opportunities that impact compliance with requirements, and to evaluate the effectiveness of the actions undertaken
  • To act as the interface between the QHSE correspondents of the projects, the Division and the Integrated Management Unit (CMI) of the company (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual reporting)
  • Verify the availability of quality documents and their application
  • Mastering documents and records at the division level
  • Explain the QHSE policy at the division level
  • Follow up on preventive and corrective actions
  • Participate in the identification and assessment of risks
  • Follow up on customer complaints and customer satisfaction surveys
  • Follow the decisions of management reviews
  • Prepare the management review
  • Ensure monthly monitoring of QHSE activity for projects (HSE meeting minutes, health, safety and work monitoring, accident reports and statistics, process indicators, emissions analyses, etc.) and ensure consolidation
  • Monitor internal audits and liaise with external auditors
  • To perform any mission or task related to their job and within the scope of their skills and abilities within the organized framework, and not expressly described in this job description.

Desired Candidate Profile

General education: University degree in environment or health and safety or quality management or equivalent.

Professional training: Training in internal quality auditing. Understanding the standards governing the Integrated Management System (IMS).

Professional experience: 2-3 years
