HSE Engineer Al-Tamimi Holding

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor HSE management systems, policies, and procedures.
• Conduct risk assessments, HIRA, and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) for high-risk activities.
• Ensure compliance with local and international safety standards (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001, OSHA).
• Conduct site safety inspections, audits, and walk-throughs to identify potential hazards.
• Deliver HSE training, inductions, and toolbox talks to workers and staff.
• Investigate incidents, near-misses, and accidents; prepare root cause analysis reports.
• Liaise with contractors and site teams to ensure safety procedures are understood and followed.
• Maintain accurate HSE documentation, logs, and reports for internal and regulatory use.
• Support emergency response planning and conduct mock drills and evacuation exercises.
• Promote a strong safety culture and environmental awareness at all levels of the organization.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Engineering or related field (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, etc.).
• Diploma/Certification in Industrial Safety, NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, or equivalent.
• 5 7 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably in construction, oil & gas, or industrial sectors.
• Strong knowledge of risk management, incident investigation, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficient in MS Office and HSE reporting tools.
• Excellent communication, observation, and leadership skills.
