Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


We are seeking a qualified and proactive HSE Engineer to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in Health, Safety, and Environment management within the road and infrastructure construction industry.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and standards at project sites.
  • Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, and toolbox talks.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations and company policies.
  • Investigate incidents/accidents and prepare reports with corrective actions.
  • Provide training and awareness sessions to site staff and workers.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (mandatory).
  • Minimum 4 years of UAE experience in road and infrastructure construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE HSE standards and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
  • Certification in NEBOSH/IOSH or equivalent will be an added advantage.
  • Candidates available to join immediately will be given preference.
