Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Implement and monitor HSE policies, safety procedures, and compliance standards across MEP construction activities and project sites.

  2. Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, toolbox talks, and risk assessments to ensure a safe working environment.

  3. Identify workplace hazards related to Mechanical and Electrical works and recommend corrective and preventive actions.

  4. Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations, client safety requirements, and company safety management systems.

  5. Investigate incidents, near misses, and accidents while preparing detailed reports and corrective action plans.

  6. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and workers to promote safety awareness and safe work practices.

  7. Maintain HSE documentation including permits, inspection records, training logs, and emergency response procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Candidates must have experience in high-rise and group villa projects

  • Experience with A-tier main contractors is mandatory

  • Candidates must be available in the UAE for face-to-face interviews
