HSE Engineer/Officer - Oil & Gas Dolphin Group

Regularly site walk inspection to identify hazards, conduct risk assessment, and implement corrective measures to ensure compliance.

Conduct incident Investigation such as near-misses, and potential hazards, prepare detailed reports and implementing corrective and preventive actions.

Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks along with supervisor, and training sessions to educate employees on hazards and safety protocols.

Develop, maintain, and train workers on emergency procedures and fire safety equipment.

Conduct inspection of lifting equipment/accessories, power tools, hand tools, etc. and maintain record for future reference.

Monitor and ensure proper compliance with PTW procedures for high-risk activities like lifting, hot work, work at height, high pressure, scaffolding, electrical, confined spaces, etc.

Actively promote a positive safety culture, addressing employee concerns and monitoring compliance with safety standards.

Maintaining all necessary safety documentation, reports, and compliance statistics.
