Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential hazards in operational processes, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Develop and implement safety policies and procedures that align with industry standards to foster a culture of safety within the organization.
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions to mitigate risks.
• Design and deliver safety training programs tailored to different employee roles, enhancing awareness and understanding of safety practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a safety-related field.

• NEBOSH IGC 3 certification (Mandatory)

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction projects in the UAE.

• Knowledge of UAE safety standards (DM, Civil Defence, etc)

• Good communication skills
