Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough hazard identification and risk assessments, focusing on specific operational processes and potential high-risk activities to prevent incidents.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive HSE programs and procedures tailored to Saudi Arabian regulations and project-specific requirements.
  • Oversee and manage incident investigations, ensuring root cause analysis and the implementation of effective corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Provide expert HSE advice and guidance to project teams, contractors, and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Holds a NEBOSH or equivalent international safety certification, demonstrating a strong understanding of HSE principles.
  • Demonstrates a minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE roles within the Oil and Gas, Construction, or related industries.
  • Exhibits a deep understanding of Saudi Arabian HSE regulations and standards.
