HSE Engineer/Sr. Safety Officer (Road & Infrastructure Exp. Only) Al Marwan Group

We are seeking a highly experienced HSE Engineer or Senior Safety Officer with a minimum of 7+ years of experience in the UAE, strictly within road projects. Candidates with only building experience will not be considered. The selected candidate will be responsible for implementing safety protocols, ensuring compliance with local authority regulations, and promoting a safety-first culture across our project sites.

• Develop and enforce project-specific HSE plans and procedures
• Conduct site risk assessments, safety audits, and accident investigations
• Coordinate with consultants and regulatory bodies for safety compliance and inspections
• Lead site safety meetings and conduct awareness sessions for workers and supervisors
• Maintain all safety documentation, inspection logs, and reports
• Ensure full compliance with UAE HSE laws, codes, and client safety requirements
• Enforce PPE usage and safe work practices across all work areas
• Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations, especially in infrastructure
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Effective leadership and communication skills
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple site safety needs
• High attention to detail and ethical responsibility
