Roles & Responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile

Within the defined scope and responsibility by Dubai World Trade Centre, the HSE Executive shall

assist in ensuring that daily operations, event activities, and contractor engagements adhere to

DWTC’s HSE policies, regulatory standards, and best practices.

· Support the implementation of HSE procedures, policies, and guidelines across venues and

events.

· Conduct daily inspections and report findings to the HSE Assistant Manager, identifying

hazards and non-compliance.

· Assist in risk assessments and help implement control measures to mitigate risks during

events and venue operations.

· Monitor contractor activities and ensure all parties are adhering to safety regulations and

permit-to-work procedures.

· Support the coordination of HSE inductions for contractors, vendors, and exhibitors,

ensuring awareness of safety rules.

· Assist in maintaining HSE documentation, reports, and inspection records as per internal

and external audit requirements.

· Help organize emergency drills, and participate in preparedness planning and response

coordination.

· Promote general safety awareness among workers and stakeholders through regular

communication and safety briefings.

· Liaise with relevant internal departments and escalate critical issues to senior HSE

personnel for timely resolution.

. Contribute to the implementation and awareness of DWTC’s ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 practices across assigned areas.

Requirements:

• Must hold a valid own visa

• Relevant experience in the applied role

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Ability to join on short notice
