Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive site-specific HSE plan aligned with international standards (e.g., OSHA, ISO for the hotel construction project.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify hazards, assess risks, and ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company policies.
  • Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and the implementation of corrective actions to prevent recurrence of incidents and near misses.
  • Provide expert HSE guidance and support to project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders throughout all phases of the construction project.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Holds a recognized HSE certification (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA, IOSH) with proven expertise.

  • Demonstrates a minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in HSE roles, with at least 3 years in hotel construction projects.

  • Exhibits a strong understanding of international HSE standards and local regulations applicable to the project's location.
