Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Risk analysis and prevention: Identify risks to employees and the environment, and implement measures to prevent them.
- development and implementation of HSE policies: Define, deploy and monitor the company's health, safety and environment policy.
- Training and awareness: Organize training and awareness campaigns for employees on good practices.
- Audits and controls: Carry out regular audits to verify compliance with current standards and regulations.
- Incident Management: Manage emergencies, accidents, and implement corrective actions.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental laws and regulations.
- Knowledge of HSE standards and regulations: knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001 standards and current regulations.
- Proficiency in tools and software: proficiency in integrated management systems, risk analysis tools and office software.
- Communication skills: ability to communicate effectively with different departments within the company and external partners.
- Problem analysis and resolution: ability to analyze risks and find effective solutions.
- Leadership: ability to manage a team and motivate employees.
Desired Candidate Profile
