Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the company's HSE policy.
- Identify, assess and prevent occupational and environmental risks
- Ensure compliance with current HSE regulations
- Implement prevention procedures, instructions and plans
- Organize and lead HSE training and awareness sessions for staff
- Monitor HSE indicators (accidents, incidents, corrective actions)
- Conduct internal audits and security inspections
- Managing emergency situations and response plans
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations
- Collaborating with authorities, regulatory bodies and external partners
- Solid knowledge of HSE regulations
- Proficiency in HSE/QHSE management systems
- Ability to analyze risks and manage emergency situations
- Rigour and a sense of responsibility
- Leadership and communication skills
- Analytical and preventative mindset
