Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the company's HSE policy. 
  • Identify, assess and prevent occupational and environmental risks
  • Ensure compliance with current HSE regulations
  • Implement prevention procedures, instructions and plans
  • Organize and lead HSE training and awareness sessions for staff
  • Monitor HSE indicators (accidents, incidents, corrective actions)
  • Conduct internal audits and security inspections
  • Managing emergency situations and response plans
  • Ensure compliance with HSE regulations
  • Collaborating with authorities, regulatory bodies and external partners

  • Solid knowledge of HSE regulations
  • Proficiency in HSE/QHSE management systems
  • Ability to analyze risks and manage emergency situations
  • Rigour and a sense of responsibility
  • Leadership and communication skills
  • Analytical and preventative mindset
