Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The HSE Manager ensures the health, safety, and environmental compliance of all company operations, fostering a safe workplace and minimizing risks across projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies and procedures.
- Conduct risk assessments and audits to ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards.
- Monitor workplace safety practices and incident reporting.
- Train staff on HSE procedures and promote a safety-first culture.
- Investigate accidents or incidents and implement corrective actions.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and ensure certifications are up to date.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5 10 years of HSE experience in construction, oil & gas, or industrial sectors.
- Strong knowledge of UAE HSE laws and international standards (ISO, OSHA).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Certification in NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent preferred
