We are seeking an experienced HSE Manager to support the delivery of a large-scale theme park project located in the western region of Riyadh.

Responsibilities

Maintain direct communication with client HSE representatives.
Ensure compliance with KSA regulations and client-specific safety standards.
Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
Track and report HSE performance metrics to internal and client teams.
Coordinate incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
Deliver toolbox talks, inductions, and ongoing safety training.
Monitor contractor HSE compliance and escalate issues as needed.
Update and enforce project-specific HSE plans and emergency procedures.
Support construction sequencing with proactive safety planning.
Respond to client requests and adapt HSE measures accordingly.
Maintain documentation for regulatory and client reporting.
Drive continuous improvement in safety culture and site practices.

Qualifications

Proven track record in delivering HSE compliance across complex, multi-stakeholder projects
NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) or equivalent mandatory
Strong knowledge of KSA labor laws, environmental regulations, and international HSE standards (e.g., ISO 45001, OSHA)
Experience managing contractor safety performance and site risk assessments
Excellent communication and reporting skills, especially in client coordination
Proficiency in incident investigation, root cause analysis, and corrective action planning
Ability to lead safety training, inductions, and toolbox talks across diverse teams
Familiarity with digital HSE reporting tools and dashboards
Arabic language skills are an advantage
