Key Responsibilities:

Develop and enforce health, safety, and environmental policies in compliance with local regulations.
Conduct risk assessments and site inspections regularly.
Lead accident investigations and implement corrective actions.
Conduct safety training and awareness programs for staff.
Monitor compliance with HSE standards and legal requirements.
Prepare HSE reports and maintain documentation.
Promote a safety culture within the organization.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an HSE Manager or similar role.
Strong knowledge of UAE HSE laws and regulations.
Relevant certifications (NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent).
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to analyze hazards and recommend corrective actions.
