HSE Officer – Arabic Speaking (UAE Infra Exp only) China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation

We are looking for a HSE Officer – Arabic Speaking to join our team for infrastructure construction projects in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor site HSE policies, procedures, and safety plans.

• Conduct daily site inspections and ensure compliance with project HSE requirements.

• Identify unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, and ensure corrective actions are taken.

• Prepare and maintain HSE reports, inspection records, toolbox talk records, and incident reports.

• Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and HSE awareness sessions for workers and staff.

• Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and client representatives on HSE matters.

• Support risk assessments, method statements, permit-to-work systems, and emergency response procedures.

• Ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations and project-specific HSE standards.

• Assist in incident investigation and follow-up on preventive and corrective actions.

• Promote a strong safety culture across the project site.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in any relevant field.

• NEBOSH IGC or equivalent HSE qualification is preferred.

• Minimum 3–5 years of HSE experience in construction or infrastructure projects.

• Experience in roads, bridges, underpasses, utilities, or RTA projects will be an advantage.

• Must be able to speak Arabic

• Strong communication, reporting, and site coordination skills.

• Knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and construction safety practices.

• Candidates available in UAE and able to join immediately will be preferred.
