Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and experienced HSE Officer to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on site experience, strong knowledge of UAE HSE standards, and the ability to promote a strong safety culture on project sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and safety plans on interior fit-out sites.

• Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations and project-specific safety requirements.

• Conduct site inspections, safety audits, toolbox talks, and risk assessments.

• Identify potential hazards and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented.

• Investigate incidents, near misses, and accidents, preparing detailed reports and recommendations.

• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors to maintain safety standards.

• Ensure proper use of PPE and safe work practices at all times.

• Maintain accurate HSE documentation and records.

• Support emergency preparedness, drills, and site safety training.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as an HSE Officer in the interior fit-out or construction industry.

• NEBOSH IGC certification (mandatory).

• SAR certification (mandatory).

• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).

• Strong knowledge of UAE safety regulations and site safety practices.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on interior fit-out projects such as offices, retail, hospitality, or commercial spaces.

• Ability to manage multiple sites and work independently.
